Managing Director, Geoff Gray grew up in Mt Roskill and began working at Stair Specialties for his father, John Gray in his school holidays. He graduated from Waikato University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 then moved to England for 3 years, working as a Site Engineer in commercial construction. In 1992 he returned to New Zealand, with his wife and four children, to run the family business. Geoff shares the production work with the young Sam.

Geoff is a proud supporter of the All Blacks, Auckland Warriors and a keen fisherman!
